5. What am I required to do for the weight loss plan?
With the weight loss plan, you will be required to keep a food diary as you will be given a daily amount of calories to adhere to, based on your body weight, height and goals. Your food diary will be completed online and will be checked each day to ensure you are keeping on track. Each meeting will consist of a weigh-in and a nutritional lesson on a topic of relevance to you.
Healthy, tasty recipes will be provided tailored to your likes and dislikes. There is even a recipe for a low calorie lemon meringue pie and so far has nobody has been able to tell the difference!
