7. Do I need to exercise in conjunction with the Weight Loss Plan?
If you're trying to lose weight, doing some sort of exercise is a must, however this does not mean spending hours at the gym. Just a brisk walk around the block will break down body fat in your body. Exercising also builds muscle, which burns calories even when you're resting. It is recommended to stay healthy to exercise for 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. Of course, any extra exercise you choose to do after this can contribute to extra weight loss.
Some people are physically unable to do much or any exercise. In this situation it is still possible to lose weight but the rate at which you lose it will be slower.
