Makeup Trends

• Dramatic Smokey Eyes: These never really go out of fashion so its well worth your while learning how to achieve the smokey eye look. Check out how to apply a smokey eye by one of my favorite makeup artists Beau Nelson.

• Red Lips: Always a do. Check out one of my blog posts for a red that works for you.

• Colourful Eyeshadows: Perfect for the young or as stage makeup. Not advisable for aged eyes as it will highlight any imperfections. Try a colourful eyeliner such as teal or an olive shade for a pop of colour.

• Natural Looking / Nude Look: Fantastic for all age groups but be advised that achieving a nude/ natural look can be the most diificult to attain and a skilled hand is required. Hair trends

• Volume: Brigette Bardot styling is back with back combing once again employed to achieve volume of top.

• Parting: On the side or right down the middle. An easy way to update your style.

• Easy: Easy, natural flowing hair with a slight wave.

• High Drama: Elaborate updo's with dramatic shapes that require gallons of hairspray. You will probably not be doing this look at home by yourself.
