2. What is the difference between the Individual Coach Approach and the Weight Loss Management Group?
The individual coach approach is a 10 week one-on-one program that includes a weekly weigh in and a discussion on a different nutritional topic each. A prescribed plan with menus is provided for you that is based on your body weight, your height and your goals. IThe program also includes daily motivation and support via email. The weight loss management group meets weekly for a weigh-in and a discussion about a contemporary nutritional topic. This is conducted in a social and supportive environment. This group is recommended for those who have followed a weight loss plan before such as weight watchers.
