The 10 week program is designed to educate and motivate you to choose optimum
nutrition as well as help you lose weight and reach your
weight goals. Nutri-Style promotes a healthy weight loss
program based on sound and scientifically proven information.
A healthy two pound weight loss is promoted each week.
Clients are required to weigh in each week and they are
educated on a nutritional topic at the weekly weigh in.
Daily motivation is provided through email support and
menu plans are made available to clients who work best
on a structured program.

Consultation: A weight management plan is prescribed
based on body weight, height
and client goals

week for 10 weeks: Weekly Weigh In & Nutrition Lesson
On-going support and motivation;
E-mail feedback on food diary each day or for as long as
required
